Happy Friday!  In the next update of our “Fatherhood Fridays” we find more famous faces who are really having a ball with their  kids. Singer Ne-Yo seems to have passed on his hat swagger to his son, Mason and Wiz Khalifa took he and Amber Rose’s son out for a swim.  Peter Gunz got in some movie and school time with his youngest and if you haven’t seen Fred The Godson with his mini-me Sadie you are going to love the photo he posted on Instagram.

Dad Recreates Classic Album Covers With His Sons [PHOTOS]

The award for Coolest Dad of the Week has to go to Lance Underwood for his creative reworking of classic album covers. With the cooperation of his two sons he flips vintage artwork from groups like Mobb Deep, Outkast, Gang Starr as well as soloists like John Coltrane and Nas and Ice Cube. We’re not even sure these kids are old enough to listen to most of these but they certainly have something to look forward to when they do. The only things entertainers show off on Instagram more than their cars are their kids. Scroll through the feeds of the popular social networks and you will see who is having a birthday, who is playing a sport, who is getting a haircut and who is really ready for a nap. It’s a side of men that we rarely get to see in the news unless it’s June, so we at TheUrbanDaily.com want to take the time out to salute the fathers and encourage them to keep being an influential presence in the lives of their children.

HAPPY HUMP DAY: Alicia Keys Crushes In Return To Instagram [PHOTOS]

January 29, 2013.  That was the last time R&B star Alicia Keys posted a photo to the Instagram social network before this week. She broke her streak on March 24th when she a posted pic of herself poolside in a bathing suit and heels. Her husband Swizz Beatz posted his approval on his own page stating, “She’s back on Instagram for real!”

Of course this was missed in all of the talk of the couple being on vacation with Swizz’ ex-wife Mashonda, but we see where Swizz’ attention was the whole time. In fact, he followed up Alicia’s post with one of his own for #WCW with Alicia in the same outfit, but this time in a provocative squat poolside. “She’s going to kill me for posting this he wrote,” clearly sorry but not sorry.

After years of driving her followers wild with titillating Instagram photos and videos, author and video vixen Karrine Steffans deleted ALL of her photos and started from scratch. Her rebooted instagram now features this one provocative bathroom selfie wearing nothing but a black tank top, panties and rubber gloves.

She captioned the inaugural photo with this thought: “Just cleaned out my IG account. What am I gonna do next? Hmmm…”

UPDATE: The Purdue University Shooter Press Conference Info

PUPD Chief Cox confirmed one make suspect in custody and one deceased individual (also male). Chief Cox also confirmed the suspect gave himself up to officials but is not being cooperative with information. They have not identified the name or other information regarding the suspect or the deceased individual. Another news conference is scheduled for 6pm.

Nothing has been confirmed yet. Except that first photo isn’t a shooter it’s a plain clothes police officer who was on the scene. The public information officer hasn’t been extraordinarily helpful with details so far and only is saying one shooter is in custody. WTHR reported that the hospital hadn’t accepted any victims nor had they been told to expect any as of 30 or 40 minutes ago. But there will be a press conference at 2:30 that will probably confirm a lot of these details.

We were also told the following from a student on campus

A Teachers Assistant was killed and several others shoot. Apparently there were 2 shooters but they were both apprehended.

Kanye West gushed over his new family before revealing a photo of his baby girl with Kim Kardashian, North West to an adoring studio audience! With Kanye’s cheeks, Kim’s eyes and a tan complexion that is a mixture of her two parents’, North West is simply adorable.

West, who admitted that Kim is his “joy,” raved about being apart of the Kardashian clan and the mother of his child. “She’s my joy and she brought my new joy into the world. There’s no paparazzi and there’s no blog comment that’s going to take that joy from me,” he revealed.

It looks like Blue Ivy has a play partner!

The rumors are true. Monica and her NBA baller buddy Shannon Brown are indeed expecting their first child together!

The 32-year-old mother of two confirmed her new pregnancy with a post on her Instagram account. Before she hit the stage in Chattanooga, TN, Monica shared photos of herself rocking a royal blue Roberto Cavalli maxi dress and a mommy-to-be glow.
