Philadelphia-born soul singer Billy Paul, the man responsible for the 1972 hit song "Me and Mrs. Jones," died Sunday at his Blackwood, New Jersey home, his manager confirmed.

Since 1978, he's released over 30 albums, dozens of hit singles and movies, on top of sold out concert venues from his Minneapolis hometown to Japan. With such a vast catalog, picking ten of his best songs is no easy task.
