Along with executive producing a sketch comedy series for FOX, Hiphollywood has learned Jamie Foxx has sold a mafia-inspired drama to NBC. The academy award winner recently brokered a deal for Tommy’s Little Girl, which “centers on a young girl raised in a Mafia family who is hidden away in an orphanage after her family is murdered by a rival crime boss. Now an attorney, she has a double life as an assassin avenging her family’s murder as she attempts to locate her last living relative,” The Hollywood Reporter explains.

The show is being executive produced by both Foxx and his business partner Deon Taylor, writer and director of the horror flick “Chain Letter.” We recently spoke to the newly formed duo about their budding partnership and what projects we can expect to see from “No Brainer Films.” Flip it!
