Check out what TMZ is saying!!!!

*As we keep saying, this Tiger Woods story keeps getting jucier and jucier by the moment. Here’s the latest.

TMZ is reporting what we’ve been speculating all along … that the dust up between Mr. and Mrs. Woods can probably be attributed to reports that he’s got a side piece.

(Keep reading for more on that.)

They say argument got heated and, according to their source, she scratched his face up. It was then Woods retreated to his Cadillac SUV. Here’s what else TMZ says about what happened next, according to their source:

“Woods says his wife followed behind with a golf club. As Tiger drove away, she struck the vehicle several times with the club.

We’re told Woods became ‘distracted,’ thought the vehicle was stopped, and looked to see what had happened. At that point the SUV hit the fire hydrant and then hit a tree.

We’re also told Woods had said during the conversation Friday he had been taking prescription pain medication for an injury, which could explain why he seemed somewhat out of it at the scene.”

The accident came two days after the National Enquirer published a story alleging that Woods had been seeing a New York night club hostess, and that they recently were together in Melbourne, where Woods competed in the Australian Masters.

“I resent my reputation is getting completely blasted in the media,” she said during a telephone interview late Friday. “Everyone is assuming I came out and said this. This is not a story I have anything to do with.”

Uchitel said she was in Melbourne two weeks ago with clients and never saw Woods the entire time she was there.

A representative of the National Enquirer declined comment.

Earlier we reported …

*As we mentioned in an earlier update, this Tiger Woods story is getting more interesting by the minute. Now details have emerged that the super star golfer was unconscious for 6 minutes after his Cadillac SUV collided with a fire hydrant and tree near his Florida mansion early Friday morning.

His wife, Elin Nordegren, a former model, heard the crash and helped free him from the vehicle by using a convenient golf club to break the back window of the Cadillac and get her husband out.

The Florida Highway Patrol has said alcohol was not a factor but that charges are pending. When highway patrol officers conducting the investigation visited the couple’s home in the Orlando suburb of Windermere, Nordegren told them Woods was sleeping and asked them to return on Saturday.

*More info regarding the Tiger Woods car crash incident are starting to come in. According to TMZ, Woods’ early morning accident came right after an argument with his wife, Elin Nordegren.

The argument took place at the scene of the accident and Tiger gave the same story to authorities at the hospital where he was treated.

As of now authorities are treating it as “a domestic issue.”

Interestingly this “domestic issue” comes on the heels of reports that Woods is about to be put on blast by the National Enquirer for cheating on his wifey. We’ll see. It’s getting more interesting by the moment.

Woods ran into a fire hydrant and a tree at around 2:20 AM near his home in Florida. He was treated for minor injuries and released.

Earlier We Reported …

*Tiger Woods was  injured in a car accident early Friday when his vehicle struck a tree near his mansion in a gated waterfront community, according to authorities.

The Florida Highway Patrol said Woods, 33, hit the hydrant and a tree after pulling out of his driveway in his 2009 Cadillac sports utility vehicle.

The patrol reported his injuries as serious, and that he was taken to Health Central Hospital. Woods was taken to a nerby hospital,  has since been released.

The report said alcohol was not involved, though the accident remains under investigation. No one else was in the car, patrol spokeswoman Kim Montes said.

Woods, who has won 82 times around the world and 14 majors, returned to his $2.4 million home in the exclusive Isleworth subdivision near Orlando earlier this week after attending the Stanford-Cal football game, where he tossed the coin at the start of the game and was inducted into Stanford’s sports Hall of Fame at halftime.

Woods was to host his tournament, the Chevron World Challenge, on Monday at Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, Calif.

Woods is also the subject of intense speculation that he has been cheating on his wife Elin. The story, or should we say rumor, is supposedly about to be made public by the National Enquirer. For more on that click here.
