A new report claims that Americans drink twice as much over the holidays as they do the rest of the year. BeverageDaily.com reports that the study shows people double their alcoholic intake between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day, mainly because of all the extra socializing. The most popular holiday drinks are eggnog, spiked coffee, Christmas beer and cider.
