The migrants in the caravan marching towards the U.S. are crediting social media for getting the group together.  The Washington Post notes that continuing media coverage has caused the numbers to swell to nearly seven-thousand.  U.S. officials are promising none of the migrants will be allowed into their country.  Some migrants have turned back, and nearly three-thousand have applied for asylum in Mexico and those applications are being processed.  They have only made it 20 miles into Mexico at this point, and at that pace it will take them weeks, if not months to reach U.S. soil, depending on where they plan to cross.  President Trump has accused Democrats of welcoming the caravan.
