There’s a new study that says exercise, even a little,  improves memory. Scientists from the university of California-Irvine had test subjects do ten minutes of light exercise, such as yoga or walking, every day. They found that modest amount of low-impact exercise enhances communication between the regions of the brain that store and recall memories. The study is published in the latest edition of the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
