Bill Cosby’s wife is filing a complaint against the judge in the comedy legend’s sexual assault case. Camille Cosby filed the complaint with Pennsylvania’s Judicial Conduct Review Board Tuesday, one week before her husband is scheduled to be sentenced. The complaint accuses Judge Steven T. O’Neill of being biased against the 81-year-old comedian. Defense attorneys filed a motion last week asking the judge to recuse himself. Cosby was found guilty in April of drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple University staffer Andrea Constand.
