Owner Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks will be donating ten-million dollars to women’s organizations as part of the fallout from an investigation into sexual harassment and workplace misconduct.  The NBA levied the fine on the Mavs and Cuban Wednesday after the team wrapped up a seven month independent probe into the allegations.  The report found ex-team president Terdema Ussery made inappropriate comments towards 15 female workers during his tenure with the organization.  The probe found Cuban had no idea what Ussery was doing, nor was he informed of the problem.  Investigators did criticize Cuban for not firing a now-former ticket salesman who was caught with porn on his computer and had an office incident involving a used condom.  The team was also criticized for not firing a team writer for several domestic violent situations.  The Mavs will have to immediately report to the NBA any instances of misconduct along with  training regarding domestic violence, sexual harassment, and assault.
