President Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen is suffering a legal setback in the criminal investigation against him. A judge Monday refused to block access to material seized from his office, home and hotel room last week. Cohen maintains the materials fall under attorney-client privilege. Adult film star Stormy Daniels and her attorney Michael Avenatti attended yesterday’s hearing. After the ruling, Daniels said that Cohen has acted like he’s above the law and has played by a different set of rules.
