Hey Indy!! Yes, rain, rain, go away, but don’t let the snow come back one more day.  According to WTHR.com, there will be a couple of waves of rain and storms this Saturday, so if any of the activities listed below are outside, you may want to call ahead to see if the event is still happening.  Other than that, check out some of the great events this weekend, because rain or shine we should get close to 70 degrees today.

  • Join 106.7 WTLC’s own Midday Host, Monie Love, and Jerry Wade The Loverman at The Shops at Perry Crossing starting at 11am. They’re out there  to help you sign-up and register for the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure.  Join our team Sisters for the Cure, to help fight against breast cancer.  Get more details online at tlcnaptown.com
  • CONNECT WITH A COP at Castleton Square Mall from 1-3pm today.  This is a FREE event for you to come out and meet some of the men and women that serve our community.  Plus cookies, crafts, games and more.  Find out more at simon.com/mall/castleton-square
  • Get out of the rain and jump into an afternoon of magic and fun for kids of all ages at the FAMILY MATINEE at Morty’s Comedy Joint.   Tickets can be purchased online at  mortyscomedy.com.
  • Then bring the adults back to Morty’s later for the CRAZY SEXY COOL COMEDY TOUR, presented by Straight Up Stupid for two shows.  Tickets are still available and can either be purchased on our website, tlcnaptown.com or mortyscomedy.com
  • Academy Award Actress, WHOOPI GOLDBERG is in town tonight at the Hilbert Circle Theatre for the 18th ANNUAL LAUGHING MATTERS.  This is a fundraising event that will benefit the cancer support community of Indiana.  Plus there’s a block party before the show, (weather permitting) at 8pm.  Get tickets at indianapolissypmphanyorchestra.org
