What’s Up in and Around Your City

The rain is gone and the sun is shining bright.  The temps dropped, but not by much as the high today should be around 45 degrees.  The weekend isn’t over yet, so get out with your family and friends to see what’s up in and around your city by checking out some of the events below.

• The 64th ANNUAL BOAT, SPORT & TRAVEL SHOW is in town at the State Fairgrounds.  Today is the last day and kids 6 and under get in FREE.  See details at indianapolisboatsportandtravelshow.com
• Today is the last day for INDY TACO WEEK where you can get 1/2 priced taco’s at restaurants throughout the city. There are over 20 restaurants participating and you can get a full list the restaurants by going to indytacoweek.com
• It’s also the last day for SAVOR DOWNTOWN INDY where you get discounted lunch and dinner specials at over 20 restaurants in the city.  A list of participating restaurants are available at savordowntownindy.com
• Every weekend you can sit back and listen to live music at Mallow Run Winery for their WINTER-WARM UP WEEKEND from 12 noon to 6pm.  Not only is there live music, but soup and WINE of course.  To find out whose playing today, go to mallowrun.com
• Celebrate this month with a BLACK HISTORY MONTH CONCERT at Schrott Center for the Arts.  Angela Brown is performing tonight for the celebration of African-American Music.  For ticket information go to butlerartscenter.org/event/black-history-month-concert
