According to the NFL Network, Colts team owner, Jim Irsay has been making phone calls to prepare to replace Chuck Pagano. The Colts won 11 games and even made the playoffs in each of the 1st three seasons under Pagano, but with the Colts missing the playoffs, being last in the AFC South Division, it seems like the spark is gone.
