  • If your child is in need of a winter coat, you can head over to the State Fairgrounds for Bob Gregory’s ‘Coats for Kids’ going on now until 2pm.  All coats are free, but there may be a $5 parking fee.  Get more information and details at wthr.com/article/bob-gregory-coats-for-kids-campaign-kicks-off
  • Join 106.7 WTLC at the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk today until 11am at Victory Field.  This is breast cancer awareness month and nobody fight breast cancer should walk alone.  To be a part go to tlcnaptown.com for more information.
  • The Fall Harvest Festival is back at Waterman’s Family Farm until Oct. 31st. Hayrides to the pumpkin patch, pumpkin-eating dinosaur, pony rides, mazes, food and music on the weekends.  More details available at watermansfamilyfarm.com/
  • The fun continues up north for the 45th Annual Pumpkin Harvest Festival at Stonycreek Farm in Hamilton County until Oct. 31st.  Hayrides, good food, rubber ducky races, zipline, haunted house, pumpkin train, farm animals, and more.  Get in the know at stonycreekfarm.net
  • The Indianapolis Public Library’s Center for Black Literature & Culture holds its grand opening today starting at Noon until 3pm.  Guest speaker Roland S Martin is set to also have a Q&A and book signing after he speaks at 12:30pm.  For more information head over to tlcnaptown.com
  • Family Fun Days continue at Beasley’s Orchard in Danville now until Oct. 31st.  Corn maze, hayrides, barnyard bonanza, apple cannons, U-pick apples, and more.  Get details at beasleys-orchard.com
  • Take a walk through the wine vineyards with your best friend…your dog at Sip.Bark.Repeat at Daniel’s Vineyard in Hancock County starting at 12pm.  $5 per dog and you can get more information at danielsvineyard.com/
  • Be a part of the Fall Fun at Mallow Run Winery in Johnson County.  Admission is free to hear live music, complimentary wine tasting and more until 6pm.  To find out what’s going on go to MallowRun.com
  • See how the kids of Iibada Dance Company are taking a journey around the world through dance.  All weekend they perform at Marian University for their Dance is One Language performance.  Tickets are still available and may be purchased at https://iibada.yapsody.com/
