The lawyers for Bill Cosby and a woman accusing him of sexually abusing her when she was underaged will square off in a California courtroom today. The comedians’ lawyers will try to get her lawsuit dismissed due to the statute of limitations. The 78-year-old Cosby tried to have the lawsuit dismissed last year on similar grounds. Accuser Judy Huth alleges that Cosby plied her with alcohol and molested her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, when she was 15. Cosby has called the account a fabrication.
