TMZ.com has reported that Tupac’s mom, Afeni Shakur filed for divorce from her husband of 12yrs.
Some states make you divide property 50/50, but Afeni filed in North Carolina where you’re not required to split property 50/50. The soon to be ex is asking for the right to live on their 50 acre ranch, keys to the houseboats, and his Jaguar among other things…like ALIMONY. Yep, that’s right, TMZ was told that the Tupac estate earns about $900k a year and he wants around $10k per month in alimony.
The couple does not have a prenup and Afeni has filed papers to ask the judge to stop the alimony request.
