On New Years Eve, an elderly woman was out celebrating with her husband and son and sadly had a heart attack. a customer later complained that she wasn’t getting serviced right away because employees were trying to help the woman dying on the floor. The customer left her complaint on the Facebook and the manager responded to her post. His response went viral. Check out the comments below.
