Police officials in Ferguson, Missouri have captured the 21-year-old man they say shot an innocent nine-year-old girl who was sitting on her bed doing her homework while protests raged outside her doors on the streets of the St. Louis suburb following the one year anniversary of Michael Brown’s death at the hands of a police officer.
