A beloved comedy veteran is now set to make a come-back after tragedy changed his course. NBC has announced Tracy Morgan will make his long-awaited return to Studio 8-H during “Saturday Night Live’s” 41st season. Morgan will host the show on October 17. You may recall the comedian has been sidelined from his career since June of last year when he was seriously injured when a Walmart semi-truck crashed into his vehicle which killed another comedian on-board and injured other passengers. In his Morgan’s first televised interview a few months ago on NBC’s “Today Show,” the comedian told Matt Lauer he wanted to make people laugh again. He’ll now get his chance. The season premiere of SNL is October 3.
