A Tennessee woman is taking the sarcastic “Thanks Obama” phrase to a new level. Pamela Downs was arrested earlier this week for trying to use counterfeit dollar bills at her local grocery store, and blames President Obama for it. Downs claims that a new law passed by Obama allows her to print her own money since she’s on a fixed income. She was taken in by police after they found two bills printed in black and white on regular copy paper. Police also discovered a receipt for a new printer and the copy paper.
