AAHH!! Fest 2014 In Chicago, Illinois

De La Soul says they’re getting ready to go back in the studio after raising more than 600-thousand dollars in a Kickstarter campaign.  It would be their first album since “The Grind Date” in 2004.  “Pitchfork” reports they were shooting to raise 110-thousand and ended the campaign yesterday.  “Pitchfork” says the album will feature David Byrne, Damon Albarn, 2 Chainz and Little Dragon.  De La Soul offered perks for Kickstarter contributors like shopping trips with the group or a day in the studio with an invitation to record vocals.

Who do you think the next artist will do the “Kickstarter” program? TLC has done it, De La Soul. Who’s next?
