Actor Marcus T. Paulk of “Moesha” fame is ready to put his Super Bowl weekend DUI behind him. TMZ reports that on Monday, Paulk appeared in court and pleaded guilty to misdemeanor DUI. He will pay his debt to society by completing a alcohol treatment program, as well as one year of probation. Paulk was also charged with possession of marijuana, but that charge was dismissed. He was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona on the night before Super Bowl 49.
This isn’t the first time Paulk has been in trouble with the law. In 2013, he was charged with domestic violence, but avoided jail time by cutting a plea deal.
