To that end, the University of Phoenix has several scholarship initiatives. Jones says that there are 50 million students in the K-12 system. Only 2% of teachers in the U.S. are Black males. As Phoenix’s school of education is one of their biggest, they are offering 40 full-ride scholarships to prospective students via their ‘Road To Success’ program.
