Erica Campbell already has 13 years in the music industry, a successful solo career AND reality TV show under her belt. Now the “A Little More Jesus” singer is venturing out into being a writer (on top of that she’s hitting the stage at this year’s Women’s Empowerment Series)! She revealed her plans to begin writing children’s books recently.
According to Essence:
The newly solo gospel star is penning a page-turner for children about the realities of life. “One is called ‘Peanut Butter and Kelly.’ I just finished it and I’m super excited,” she toldESSENCE Festival. The “Help” singer says her goal is to help parents understand how much of a role they play in their children’s lives and being “aware that their children are paying attention.”
