 3. The Housemaid

This 2010 South Korean film (yes, it’s in subtitles) is a bit melodramatic, but that is a huge part of its charm. It centers around a young lady named Eun-yi who becomes involved in a destructive love triangle while working as a housemaid for an upper-class family. She finds herself up against the two women she works for; women who have wealth, power, and absolutely no conscience. The affair is predictable, but the route she takes to enact revenge once it is revealed is shocking! (unrated, 106 min)
