Disney announced this weekend it was raising the price of a single-day ticket to its Magic Kingdom park in Florida to $95.
The $6 increase, which took effect Sunday, made Magic Kingdom the most expensive Disney theme park, but Disney said its customers would still get a good deal.
“Like any business, we evaluate and adjust our pricing based on a variety of factors,” Disney spokesman Bryan Malenius told the Orlando Sentinel. “A ticket to our theme parks represents a great value, particularly when you look at the breadth and quality of attractions and entertainment we offer.”
Magic Kingdom is part of the huge Disney complex in Orlando. The other Disney Parks offer day passes for $90.
