The classic film “Steel Magnolias” starring Dolly Parton, Julia Roberts, Sally Field, and Daryl Hannah is undergoing a major makeover for the Lifetime Network remake of the movie, it will showcase an all- black cast.
The production includes a star studded cast who each have made their marks across different media platforms including music, TV, film, and theater. The decorated cast includes Queen Latifah, Phylicia Rashad, Alfre Woodard, Jill Scott, Adepero Aduye, and Condola Rashad.
