The video, which appears to have been shot in April, was posted on the website World Star Hip Hop last weekend and immediately went viral.

It shows a teen walking up to a man who appears to be homeless and punching him, as his friends laughed.

A Facebook page identified a man they say is the attacker in the video and urged that he be brought to justice.

Fox Chicago spoke to a woman the TV station reported was the attacker’s mother. She reportedly admitted her son was the attacker, and said he had been “going through some things.”

The Chicago Transit Authority told Fox Chicago they were looking into the matter. They did not immediately respond to a request from the News for comment.

Burying a child has to be the hardest thing anyone will ever experience. But when that parent finds out that their child was killed for fun or just because the assailant felt they could, the pain becomes unbearable. A house party outside Atlanta exploded into a fight between girls in the front yard, but ended up in the death of an 18-year old boy who was not involved.

According to CNN, the victim Bobby Maurice Tillman was killed because a boy that was hit by one of the girls fighting said he would not hit a girl, but the next guy that walked passed him he was going to “beat down.” His assailants: Horace Damon Coleman, 19, Emanuel Benjamin Boykins, 18, Quantez Devonta Mallory, 18, and Tracen Franklin, 19, are being held without bond.

The incident occurred Saturday night and already Tillman’s mother, Monique Rivarde, is seeking justice, not only for her son, but other children who are victims of senseless violence because of the anger young people carry around with them. Rivarde told CNN, “My son did not die in vain. Something will be done about these children attacking each other for nothing.”

God bless their family and we pray that justice will be served swiftly. Rivarde wants to see her child’s killers get life behind bars.  SEE VIDEO HERE.

The mother of the baby-faced gangbanger charged with shooting Vada Vasquez broke down in a Bronx court Thursday as her son and his four cronies were tossed in jail.
Tears streamed down the face of mom Zelita Mighty when a Bronx Criminal Court judge ordered Carvett Gentles, 16, held without bail.
As an anguished Mighty looked on, prosecutors said Gentles had confessed.
“The defendant admits full participation in this crime,” prosecutor Terry Gensler said. “The defendant admits to being the shooter.”
The slightly built Gentles, who stood a head below the other suspects, was silent during the proceeding. His devastated mother refused to comment afterward.
About 10 blocks away, Vada remained in critical condition at Lincoln Hospital.
“She’s still laying in the bed, still heavily sedated,” sister Mandy Boodram said. “We’re just waiting until she wakes up.

Hip-Hop activist Erica Ford, CEO and founder of Life Camp Inc., has partnered with the Rev. Al Sharpton to lead “National Day of Outrage,” a nationwide protest against violence on Nov. 23.

Sharpton will lead a rally in Atlanta while other gatherings are scheduled to take place in Houston; Cleveland; Philadelphia; Boston; Syracuse; Savannah; Eunice Louisiana; Greensboro, North Carolina and Los Angeles.

The day was organized by Sharpton’s National Action Network and will include families of victims of gun violence, activists, elected officials and concern citizens.

“We must be just as vigilant against the shootings that are random, gang related or intentional because we are in a crisis state and too many lives are being forsaken. We’ve got to come together across all lines to fight this battle,” Sharpton said in a statement.

Ford – who runs the “Bury Da Beef” program in New York and has worked with rappers like Tupac Shakur, Ja Rule and KRS-One – says of the event, “It takes a village to save a child. The strength that breathes inside of us beats the madness of society. We achieve great success when we don’t accept all the habits as normal behavior. Love your life.”
