Does anyone remember Shaq’s former mistress Vanessa Lopez? I know she fine right? Well she sued Shaq for EMOTIONAL DISTRESS and HARASSMENT after he broke up with her a few months ago. Well Shaq Daddy Diesel has definitely got a scorned woman on his hands. Here is the latest on the Vanessa and Shaq saga via MediaTakeOut.com

Vanessa has just upped the ante. In a new complaint that MediaTakeOut.com EXCLUSIVELY got its hands on (a reader found it in the TRASH outside of a Miami courthouse), Vanessa claims that Shaq runs a CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE. According to Vanessa, Shaq runs an illegal computer hacking ring. And she claims that the enterprise violates the RICO statute (The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act is a statute used to put the MOB in jail and take their money).

It really doesn’t look good for Shaq. According to one of MediaTakeOut.com’s insiders,”They’re suing under civil RICO, only the district attorney can bring a CRIMINAL RICO case. But now that [Vanessa and her attorney's] put it out there, I’d expect that there would be a CRIMINAL RICO investigation of Shaq very shortly.”

In answer to “Did Chris Brown use eye drops to cry? Hill stated..

“I think the pressure of the year and the lyrics of that song really just resonated. And, as someone who was backstage, there was nothing fake about that,” the network’s showrunner said. “Story today about like his bodyguard gave him something to induce tears. It’s just not true.”

He shared his insight more, “I’ve been around actors who cry and when you fake cry, you don’t get…your throat doesn’t get swollen like it does [when you cry for real]. When he was trying to sing, he couldn’t get anything out. That’s a hard thing to fake.

I appreciate people wanting to create controversy, but this guy has gone though a lot this past year, let this emotion be what it is. Everybody comes to the moment where you gotta make that change.”

When asked about Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles’ no show, Hill put to rest rumors they have feud with Brown. He explained that the couple’s absence happened simply because of scheduling conflicts. He stated, “We have this conversation almost every year.

And, some years we are really fortunate when Jay-Z and Beyonce are in the house and other times, they go on vacation. But I can absolutely say without reservation that there was no conversation at all around, ‘If Chris Brown’s coming, I’m not coming.’ That’s just false.”

As previously reported, cameras will capture LisaRaye as she focuses on her acting career, helps her 19-year-old daughter Kai transition into adulthood; keeps her incarcerated sister, Da Brat, in line; takes care of her ailing mother, and tries to hold down a love life.

According to the New York Daily News, the as-yet-untitled series will also mention that a slew of her celebrity friends abandoned her after her divorce last year from Turks & Caicos Premier Michael Misick.

The newspaper reported Thursday:

First up is former “View” co-host Jones, who raised McCoy’s ire by supposedly supporting Misick after the divorce. “LisaRaye hosted Star at her home in the Turks & Caicos for three weeks when Star was going through her divorce from Al Reynolds,” says a source close to the TV One series. “When the tables turned and McCoy’s marriage ended, Star was helping LisaRaye’s husband.”

That allegedly included counseling Misick and even recommending her personal damage-control publicist to aid him during the messy split.

McCoy says she was also double-crossed by former best friend Fox, who allegedly shared McCoy’s most intimate secrets with Misick. “LisaRaye hasn’t spoken to Vivica since,” said the source.

The list doesn’t stop there – in fact, it gets worse. McCoy also counts “106 & Park” host Rosci as an enemy, accusing the BET star of having an illicit affair with Misick. Even McCoy’s former TV hubby on “All of Us” has fallen out of favor – McCoy claims actor Duane Martin provided a mistress for her then-husband in an effort to do business on Turks & Caicos.

“LisaRaye intends to use her show as an outlet to air it all,” says the source. “She’s been quiet until now, but when she starts sharing these stories, it’ll make ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ look like a gathering of church ladies.”
