Terrence Howard has been out of sight but not out of work. He recently landed a reoccurring role on the hot new series ‘Law & Order Los Angeles.’
The Oscar nominated actor hustled and flowed his way into the NBC cast as the deputy district attorney on the new spin off. When asked about adding Howard to the cast, the director Dick Wolf told the Television Critics Association
“I feel like manager of the 1961 Yankees. I have my Mantle and Maris,” Wolf said, referring to famed sluggers Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris.
After being dropped from Iron Man 2 and clowned by Jaimie Foxx, it’s good to see Terrence rebound. Hopefully he’ll add some range to his acting. If not, we’ll have to watch him ask suspects (in Jamie Foxx’ voice) “What’s up wit them drugs mayne. We know you did it, mayne.”
