Three black women have come forward this week joining what seems like an ever growing list, women who accuse comedian Bill Cosby of sexual assault  or other sexual impropriety. They are former model/actress Angela Leslie, “Law & Order SVU” actress Michelle Hurd, and former “Picture Pages” cast member Renita Cheyney Hill. You may recall “Picture Pages” was one of Cosby’s pre-school targeted educational shows that ran from the mid-70’s to the early 80’s.

Cosby is still refusing to address these multiple allegations of sexual assault. He instead told “Florida Today” before a sold-out show in Melbourne, Florida, “I know people are tired of me not saying anything, but a guy doesn’t have to answer to innuendos.” He added, “People should fact check. People shouldn’t have to go through that and shouldn’t answer to innuendos.” Cosby reportedly received a standing ovation at the Friday show as reports surfaced earlier in the day of other venues cancelling upcoming Cosby shows.

Cosby’s attorney, Marty Singer, also fired off another statement Friday, blasting the media for what he called the “villification of Mr. Cosby.”  Singer calls the growing allegations of sexual assault against Cosby “increasingly ridiculous” and blamed the media for its “breakneck rush to run stories without any corroboration.”
Multiple media sources have attempted to check facts, going straight to the horse’s mouth –so to speak– asking Cosby for his side in interview. He silently shook his head with National Public Radio’s Scott Simon and asked for one of the Associated Press’ reporters not to air part of an interview where he was directly asked to address the swirling sexual abuse allegations.
