Queen Latifah has been ousted from her TV throne. Sony Pictures Television announced the cancellation of “The Queen Latifah Show” Friday, thanking Dana Owens – Queen Latifah’s real name – the producers and entire show staff for creating a program Sony said they were all very proud of. The show will wrap up its second and final season in March. It was Queen Latifah’s second outing as a talk show host, having previously hosted an earlier “Queen Latifah Show” in syndication from 1999 to 2001.
