With the price of real estate sky-rocketing all over the place, you may want to seriously consider the offer a Detroit man made to swap his beat down house for an iPhone 6.

The house has been on the market in the bankrupt city, but so far nobody has come forward to buy.

The home went from an initial asking price of $5,000 to the reduced price of $3,000, real estate agent Larry Else tells Fox news his client is willing to give it to you for the latest version of the iPhone.

“My client is overseas and he told me he would be willing to trade the property for an iPhone 6. It sounds to me like he wants the (iPhone 6 Plus) version, but I think he’s willing to negotiate,” Else concludes.

Oh, and as you can guess, the place comes with some additional baggage – beyond it being a total wreck inside, you’d have to break $6,000 off to the IRS for back taxes before you can call it yours.
