Erykah Badu hit up Times Square recently to see what would happen if she started singing for passing New Yorkers.
Her anonymous gig wasn’t quite the cash cow you might expect, the Neo Soul singer scored less than $4 in her hat in 40 minutes (Don’t quit your day job).
This is just the sort of thing Badu has been getting up to lately in lieu of actually writing an album.
Earlier this year, Badu crashed a live news broadcast in spectacular fashion and got dissed by the reporter.
