Today - Season 62

An ex-wife of Terrence Howard has filed court documents accusing the actor of faking his earnings during their spousal support battle.

Howard split from his third wife, Michelle Ghent, in 2011 and their bitter divorce was finalised last year.

In July, Howard asked a judge to throw out the settlement because he cannot afford the alimony payments, as most of his salary goes to his second ex-wife Lori McCommas in spousal and child support. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Ghent now claims Howard pretended he had no funds to pay her after raking in $1.3 million last year.

She wants a court to force him to settle his outstanding bill of $481,715 in spousal support payments and legal costs.

Howard married his fourth wife, Miranda, last year.
