Remember the tragic accident involving a Wal-Mart truck and funny man Tracy Morgan? Well – according to TMZ – Wal-Mart claims Morgan is only injured because he wasn’t wearing his seatbelt during the June crash. Wal-Mart says most, if not all of Tracy’s injuries occurred because he wasn’t wearing the safety device.
Morgan’s friend, Jimmy Mack, was killed during the accident.
