NFL Commissioner Rodger Goodell finally spoke on the Ray Rice situation and other domestic violence occurrences that have spawned in the aftermath of the highly publicized incident. He says, “We will get our house in order.”
He stated that they will implement new conduct policies with set clear and transparent rules for league personal, club personal, owners and players which will be in place by the Super Bowl.
