*If you were watching “The Queen Latifah Show” on Monday you may have caught Tamar Braxton bringing some Christmas spirit with her rendition of “Silent Night” from her new holiday album, “Winter Loversland.”

Yessir buddy, Miss Thang did her thing with the seasonal classic by using her acrobatic vocals to sing the heartwarming lyrics.

After giving birth to her first child and releasing two albums in 2013, Tamar has a lot to look forward to in the new year. The singer is nominated three times at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards and her daytime talk show “The Real” has been picked up for fall 2014.

From where we sit, Tamar has a lot to be happy for this Christmas season. Her latest album, ‘Love and War,’ was one of the best R&B albums of 2013. In addition, the 36-year-old entertainer is nominated in three categories for the 56th Annual Grammy Awards and her daytime talk show, “The Real,” has been picked up for a second season, premiering in the fall 2014.
