The Children’s Museum will reopen the remodeled Playscape exhibit this Saturday. This is the second renovation of the exhibit in 30 years, encompassing a new look, activities and new facilities and amenities for parents.
The Playscape opened in 1981. It was one of the first galleries in a children’s museum that was designed specifically for preschoolers. It was renovated once in 1993 in a project that was partially funded by David Letterman.
