I really hope the reality TV curse didn’t hit Tamar and Vince. Less than a year after purchasing their [about] $7 million home, the power couple put it up for sale.

Sources say this confirms rumors of them splitting up after an explosive episode of their reality show “Tamar and Vince.”

According to Bossip:

It was only last September that Vince and Tamar – whose big sister is Toni Braxton – acquired the nearly new mansion.

On their new reality series, which premiered last month and is a spin-off from WeTV’s hugely successful Braxton Family Values, the couple is shown struggling as they try to have a baby.

Braxton, 35, is faced with the fact that she might have to undergo fertility treatments. Ultimately, the singer decides to focus on her career.

‘It was definitely hard because you want a family,’ Herbert told ABC New Radio in a recent interview, ‘but it has to be our time and not just my timing.’

The faux-French style mansion sits on 1.3 acres of land in Hidden Hills, an upscale community of around 2,000 residents which sits between the western foothills of the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles and the Ventura County line.

The two-story mansion has five bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, according to information available online. It features a two-story high entry with twin curved staircases, a large formal living room, a smaller library/study with custom paneling and fireplace, and a formal dining room with open beamed ceiling and adjoining wine cellar, according to website The Real Estalker.

Other features include a gourmet kitchen with a huge centre island, a home theater with a 125-inch wide screen and 7.2 surround sound, and a pub/game room with a wet bar and outside waterfall.

Estimated payments on the digs are more than $34,000 a month, but affordability is likely not an issue for the celebrity couple, who each have thriving careers.

Tamar and Vince follows the couple as they navigate their life in Los Angeles and Braxton’s developing music career.

In the first episode of the show, viewers saw the singer working on her new, and as yet untitled, album, which Herbert is executive producing.

Vincent, 42, signed Lady Gaga to his streamline Records label in 2007, and has been widely credited with her rapid rise to fame.

In the meantime, Tamar tweets how much she loves her husband so it may not be the beginning of the end.
