Chad looks like he’s on his way to getting his life back. He went to lunch with his good friend actress and fitness guru yesterday. It looks like she was giving him some hard core advice.
As for the case with Evelyn, TheYBF reports:
He avoided jail after striking a plea deal with prosecutors, and the judge ordered Chad to have no direct or indirect contact with his ex-wife, including ‘no email, Twitter, or text.’
Evelyn was not in court, but the state’s attorney told the judge: ‘She did not wish that he be incarcerated and she was fully aware of the terms of the plea and in agreement with them.’
Chad will still have to pay restitution but the sum has yet to be decided as lawyers are ‘waiting on one additional medical bill.’
