Lee’a Ro, born Leah Rowe, is an Indianapolis native who started singing at the very young age of three years. Inspired by her mother, a gospel singer who often devoted her vocals to those hospitalized, Lee’a always knew singing was what she was meant to do. “Everything! I love everything about singing and always wanted to do it since I was a little girl.” At the age of 12, a dear friend who has since passed encouraged her to not only express herself vocally, but to try her hand at writing as well. She’s been writing honest, passionate lyrics that are sincere and captivating every since.

After stepping away from her craft for three years to focus on becoming a mother, Lee’a Ro is back, continually growing, writing, performing and capturing life as only she can with sultry and powerful vocals mixed with edgy soulfulness laid over beats that definitely make you get up and dance.
