Power Thought: Overwhelmed to Empowered
Have you ever had a week that started off a mess and by the end of it everything fell into place? This has been the story of my week. If there is anything I have learned over the pass few days… it’s to stay on course and build momentum. I’ve gone from…overwhelmed to empowered. When you feel yourself becoming overwhelmed make your anxiety work for you. Sort through the issues slowly and work your plan. It is not how overwhelmed you are, it is how you handle your emotions.
