Walmart Hit With A Lawsuit Over Racist Announcment

This is another example of what can happen when anyone has access to a store PA system. Apparently someone hijacked the overhead PA system in a New Jersey WalMart and made an important announcement…. “ALL BLACK PEOPLE LEAVE”. While some customers and employees just laughed it off, one man has filed a million dollar lawsuit again the superstore giant. The suit claims the man suffered emotional distress and that Walmart  was negligent, careless and reckless and showed deliberate indifference by failing to properly control access to the P.A. system, reports MSNBC.
