As adults we often forget what it was like to be a kid. We forget about the childhood dares and “Double Dares” and ever the “Triple Dares” our friends who challenge us with. in those days we thought we were invincible, that nothing could ever happen to us, that we would live forever. When we become parents we instantly remember the dangers of our childhood and we do all that we can to protect our children from them. The death of 11 year old Jordan Oliver, a beautiful, intelligent and loved 5th grader was a tragic accident and my thoughts and prayers are with her family and classmates.
