George Zimmerman has been charged with Second Degree Murder in the killing of the 17 year old teenager, Trayvon Martin. After the press conferences yesterday from the legal representation of Zimmerman saying that they did not know his whereabouts, Special PRosecutor Angela Corey confirms that George Zimmerman is already in custody. George Zimmerman turned himself in, and was arrested on the capias that had been filed. His location will not be known for the public and media for safety reasons. The capias has a bond set to NO BOND but the lawyers of George Zimmerman will be able to request bond, if this does happen a Bond Hearing will be held. Angela Corey said, “It did not take long to come to a decision” in the press conference. Corey also says “We’re committed to justice for every race, every person.”
