Well just when you thought it was over and you had heard the last of the Mary J. Blige, BK, Chicken Wrap commercial saga, the good folks at Burger King decided it would be a good idea to publicly apologize to Mary J. Blige and ALL her fans for the Chicken Wrap commercial debacle. In a statement issued by Burger King, they say the commercial was released prematurely. Some of Mary’s fans aren’t buying it. Perhaps consumers and Mary J. Blige fans are smarter more perceptive than some believe. Hers’s any idea, why not have Mary J. Blige come off stage from performing to thousands of her adoring fans and going backstage where there is a large spread of fancy foods… Maybe Mary walks right past that, jumps in her limo and heads for the nearest Burger and orders a Chicken Wrap and smiles as she gets her food and bites into the chicken wrap. I’m just saying…. (By the way, if the folks at Burger King, or any other fast food restaurant, use any part of this idea, I’m coming for my MONEY!!!!)
