16 Year Old Boy Killed At George Clinton Concert

Godfather of FUNK, George Clinton was performing at “Unity in the Park” concert in Cleveland. All of a sudden a fight broke out. When it was all said and done a 20 year old woman had been shot in the neck, a 14 year old boy and a 23 year old man were wounded in the leg and a 16 year old boy laid dead from a gunshot wound to the head.
